Abstract

"MATERIAIS TERMOPLáSTICOS ABSORVENTES DE LìQUIDOS E A SUA UTILIZAçãO EM ARTIGOS ABSORVENTES". A presente invenção refere-se a materiais termoplásticos absorventes de líquidos úteis, por exemplo, como materiais absorventes para artigos absorventes descartáveis. Os materiais termoplásticos absorventes de líquidos contêm A) composições termoplásticas que contêm polímeros termoplásticos e plastificantes compatíveis adequados e B) partículas superabsorventes dispersas nas composições termoplásticas. Esse material termoplástico absorvente de líquidos, de preferência na forma de composições termofusíveis, pode ser utilizado nos núcleos absorventes de artigos absorventes descartáveis, como absorventes higiênicos, protetores de calcinha, fraldas descartáveis, acolchoados de proteção e similares para substituir, completa ou parcialmente, os ditos núcleos absorventes.
