Abstract

"FERRAMENTA E MéTODO PARA MOLDAGEM POR INJEçãO DE UM ARRANJO DE ABERTURA DE PLáSTICO EM UM FURO, E, RECIPIENTE PARA EMBALAGEM QUE APRESENTA UM ARRANJO DE ABERTURA MOLDADO POR INJEçãO DE PLáSTICO COLOCADO EM UM FURO". A divulgação é relativa a uma ferramenta (1a, 1b, 2), para moldagem por injeção de um arranjo de abertura (20) de plástico em um furo, em um material para embalagem (9), o furo definindo uma aresta de furo (8) e a ferramenta apresentando uma cavidade de molde (7) que circunda a aresta de furo (8) juntamente com uma parte de um primeiro lado (9a), bem como uma parte de um segundo lado (9b) do material para embalagem em conexão com a aresta de furo, a cavidade de molde (7) apresentando uma entrada (10) para plástico derretido e, oposto à entrada, um espaço extremo (11) para a extensão do material para embalagem (9) fora da ferramenta, a entrada (10) apresentando uma deflexão desde uma primeira direção de escoamento (F~ 1~) em um espaço de escoamento (5) até uma segunda direção de escoamento (F~ 2~) na cavidade de molde (7). De acordo com a invenção, a ferramenta (1a, 1b) apresenta, em dita entrada (10), uma borda de estrangulamento (12) que se projeta em uma direção que coincide substancialmente com dita primeira direção de escoamento (F~ 1~). A invenção também é relativa a um método para moldagem por injeção, bem como a um recipiente para embalagem com um arranjo de abertura moldado por injeção (20).
