Abstract

"FORNO DE PROCESSO COM AQUECIMENTO DUPLO PROVIDO DE SISTEMA DE SUPORTAçãO DE TUBOS DE FORNOS COM COLUNAS bE SUSTENTAçãO BI-PIVOTADAS". A presente invenção refere-se a um forno de processo utilizado pela indústria do petróleo para aquecimento de cargas a serem processadas termicamente, o qual é provido de colunas de sustentação (4) bi-pivotados para suportar os tubos de troca por radiação (10) que formam a serpentina de tubos de troca por radiação. As colunas de sustentação (4) são providas de um meio de um meio inferior de apoio e de um meio superior de apoio, os quais se pivotam em um meio de suporte inferior (6) e em um meio de guia superior (8), respectivamente, com o que toda a carga do meio de suportação (4) e dos tubos de troca por radiação (10) é transmitida para o piso (12), ser ocorrer a transmissão de cargas térmicas de momento fletor para o piso (12) do forno.
