Abstract

"APARELHO DE ACOMODAçãO DE XDSL, SISTEMA DE DISTRIBUIçãO DE MULTIDIFUSãO, E MéTODO DE DISTRIBUIçãO DE DADOS". Um aparelho de acomodação de xDSL inclui uma interface de xDSL, comutador de troca, e servidor cache. A interface de xDSL interfaceia uma xDSL (quaisquer tipos de Linha de Assinante Digital) à qual cada um de uma pluralidade de clientes está conectado. O comutador de troca faz o intercâmbio de um pacote transmitido/recebido entre um servidor de conteúdo e um cliente. O servidor cache armazena temporariamente um conteúdo recebido do servidor de conteúdo por uma rede. O servidor cache inclui uma seção de cópia/distribuição. A seção de cópia/distribuição copia e distribui o conteúdo armazenado para distribuir o mesmo conteúdo para a pluralidade de clientes. Um sistema de distribuição de multidifusão e método de distribuição de dados são também divulgados.
