Abstract

"COMPóSITOS EM CAMADAS PARA PRODUTOS DE HIGIENE PESSOAL". é fornecido um novo material fibroso em multicamadas para uso em produtos de higiene pessoal. Neste material, uma camada tendo uma mistura de polpa, superabsorvente e aglutinante é adjacente a uma camada tendo uma concentração de superabsorvente muito alta. A estrutura é depois compactada a uma densidade entre cerca de 0,1 e 0,3 g/cm^ 3^. Essas estruturas em camadas têm propriedades de apreensão melhores do que materiais tradicionais tradicionalmente feitos. Essas estruturas surpreendentemente também têm propriedades de distribuição melhores do que materiais competitivos. Um tal material fibroso é útil em produtos de higiene pessoal, como fraldas, calças de treinamento, peças de roupa para incontinência e produtos de higiene feminina.
