Abstract

"COMPOSIçõES DE LIBERAçãO CURáVEIS COM RADIAçãO, SEU USO E SUBSTRATOS REVESTIDOS DE LIBERAçãO". Uma composição de liberação curável com radiação compreende: (a) de cerca de 50 a cerca de 1 00 partes em peso de um organopolissiloxano da fórmula (1) em que R é CH~ 2~=CH-C(O)-O-CH~ 2~-CH(OH)-CH~ 2~-O-CH~ 2~-CH~ 2~-CH~ 2~-, n é 5 a 15, e p é 50 a 150; (b) de O a cerca de 50 partes em peso de um ou mais organopolissiloxanos compreendendo organopolissiloxanos selecionados do grupo consistindo naquelas fórmulas (II) e (III) em que R é CH~ 2~=CH-C(O)-O-CH~ 2-CH(OH)-CH~ 2~-O-CH~ 2~-CH~ 2~-CH~ 2~-, m é 1 a 10, e q é 151 a 300; e em que R é CH~ 2~-CH-C(O)-O-CH~ 2~-CH(OH)-CH~ 2~-O-CH~ 2~CH~ 2~-CH~ 2~, e r é 20 a 500; (c) de O a cerca de 10 partes em peso de um organopolissiloxano de fórmula (IV). em que R é CH~ 2~=CH-C(O)-O-CH~ 2~-CH(OH)-CH~ 2~-O-CH~ 2~-CH~ 2~-CH~ 2~-, s é 1 a 10, e t é 301 a 1000; (d) de O a cerca de 10 partes em peso de pelo menos um aditivo para modificação de propriedades de adesão e flexibilidade da composição, o pelo menos um aditivo selecionado do grupo consistindo em monómeros acrilato e éter vinílico; e (e) de cerca de O a cerca de 1O partes em peso de um fotoiniciador.
