Abstract

"VARIANTES DA XILANASE QUE APRESENTAM SENSIBILIDADE ALTERADA PARA INIBIDORES DA XILANASE". A presente invenção relaciona um polipeptídeo variante da xilanase ou seu fragmento que apresenta atividade da xilanase, compreendendo uma ou mais modificações de aminoácidos tal que o polipeptídeo ou seu fragmento apresente uma sensibilidade alterada para um inibidor da xilanase quando comparada com a enzima original.
