Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A APLICAçãO DE UM REVESTIMENTO EM Pó EM UM SUBSTRATO NãO CONDUTIVO". A presente invenção se refere a um processo para a aplicação de um revestimento em pó em um substrato não condutivo mediante, preliminarmente, a exposição do substrato não condutivo a uma combinação de vapor e calor em temperaturas entre 70<198>C e 140<198>C por um período entre cinco segundos e até dez minutos, seguido pela aplicação eletrostática de um revestimento em pó ao substrato o qual é aterrado; esse método de pré-tratamento simples e confiável permite uma aplicação eficiente de revestimentos em pó em substratos não condutivos, resultando em uma deposição uniforme e ordenada do revestimento em pó sobre toda a superfície, incluindo as bordas e sem nenhum efeito adverso na subseq³ente cura da película de pó.
