Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA CONCENTRAR SOLUçõES DE CATEQUINA"<D>. Soluções aquosas de epigalocatequina (EGCG) são concentradas por um processo que compreende a alimentação de uma solução aquosa de EGCG a pelo menos um módulo de membrana, sob pressão, para proporcionar uma purga de material permeado e um retorno de material retido, em que nesse a concentração de EGCG é aumentada; coleta da dita purga de material permeado e do dito retorno de material retido; reciclagem, opcionalmente, do retorno de material retido de volta para a membrana; e, opcionalmente, concentração do retorno de material retido e da purga de material permeado.
