Abstract
Методът намира приложение в каучуковата и пластмасовата промишленост. Той се реализира с леснодостъпни и евтини суровини при намален разход на материали и енергия. Методът се осъществява чрез смесване на стирол-бутадиен-кополимерни материали и измерени в тегл.ч. термопластичен полиолефин от 40 до 60, диенкаучук от 40 до 60, полистирол до 20, омекчители, известни пълнители и помощни вещества до 600. Термопластичният полярен присаден полиолефин, полярният алфа-олефинсъполимер, аполярният полиолефин или тяхната смес, е с индекс на течливост между 0,1 и 30 дг/ мин, измерен при 190'с и натоварване от 21,2n, и с кристалообразна част, преминаваща 5%-ата граница, при съотношение 1:1 между полярен и аполярен полиолефин. Диенкаучукът е получен от статичен стирол бутадиени/или алфа-метилстирол/бутадиен съполимер и е със съдържание на стирол, съответно стиролдериварити, от 10 до 50 тегл.% При вискозитет от 25 до 65 моней градуса, а в даден случай и полибутадиен, полиизопрен, натурален каучук, като съотношението между тях и стиролбутадиена е 1:1, като присъствието на омрежващо средство се пластифицира над температурата на омекване на полиолефина чрез разрязване и налягане в смесител. 1 претенцияThe method is used in the rubber and plastic industry. The method is carried out by mixing styrene-butadiene-copolymer materials and measured in wt. thermoplastic polyolefin from 40 to 60, diene rubber from 40 to 60, polystyrene up to 20, plasticizers, known fillers and excipients up to 600. Thermoplastic polar graft polyolefin, polar alpha-olefin copolymer, apolar polyolefin, or a mixture thereof, has a melt index between 0 ,1 and 30 dg/min, measured at 190'c and 21.2n loading, and with a crystalline portion passing the 5% limit, at a 1:1 polar to apolar polyolefin ratio. The diene rubber is obtained from static styrene butadienes/or alpha-methylstyrene/butadiene copolymer and has a content of styrene, respectively styrene derivatives, from 10 to 50 wt.% at a viscosity of 25 to 65 degrees Money, and in a given case also polybutadiene, polyisoprene, natural rubber, the ratio between them and styrene butadiene being 1:1, the presence of a crosslinker being plasticized above the softening temperature of the polyolefin by shearing and pressure in a mixer. 1 claim
