Abstract
Procédé et appareil de broyage d'objets placés à l'intérieur d'un corps. Elle se rapporte à un appareil dans lequel un faisceau laser pulsé est créé par un laser, par exemple à colorant (22), et est guidé par une fibre optique (12) jusqu'à un calcul urinaire ou biliaire ou autres (10). Les impulsions du laser ont une longueur d'onde, une intensité, une énergie par impulsions et une durée d'impulsions choisies de manière que l'objet soit fragmenté sans que les tissus environnants soient détériorés.
