   La présente invention est relative à une garniture   @   pour boucher les joints entre panneaux de construction. 



   Les panneaux de construction légers, dont   l'emploi   est surtout avantageux dans les constructions provisoires, en particulier les constructions transportables, doivent être réunis les uns aux autres de telle façon que lesjoints soientétanches et, d'autre part, autant que possibles, empê- chent la transmission de la chaleur. 



   La présente invention a pour objet une garniture des- tinée à boucher les joints entre panneaux et qui satisfait

 aux conditions stipulées plus haut. Cette garniture est cons- tituée par des lames que l'on engage dans des rainures prati- quées dans les surfaces de contact des panneaux de construc- tion que l'on désire assembler, ainsi que par une couche de matièrâ élastique, le caoutchouc-mousse par exemple. 



   Le dessin annexé représente schématiquement un exemple de réalisation de la garniture d'étanchéité selon   l' invention.   



   Les surfaces d'about des panneaux de construction 1 à assembler sont pourvues de rainures 2 dont les parois inté- rieures forment des surfaces d'appui pour les lames 4 et 5. 



  Dans l'espace compris entre ces lames 4 et 5, établies en un profilé étiré en métal léger, est renfermée une couche 6 d'une matière élastique, le   caoutchouc-mousse   par exemple. Cette couche forme, d'une part un isolant thermique et phonique et, d'autre part, un couvre-joint empêchant les entrées d'air et d'eau. On adoptera pour la couche 6 des dimensions telles que cette couche subisse une compression après avoir été glissée dans l'espace compris entre les faces d'about des panneaux de construction et les lames, assurant ainsi une liaison stable entre les panneaux, d'une part, et les lames, d'autre part.

 under the conditions stipulated above. This lining is made up of blades which are engaged in grooves made in the contact surfaces of the construction panels which one wishes to assemble, as well as by a layer of elastic material, rubber. foam for example.



   The appended drawing schematically represents an embodiment of the seal according to the invention.



   The end surfaces of the building panels 1 to be assembled are provided with grooves 2, the inner walls of which form bearing surfaces for the slats 4 and 5.



  In the space between these blades 4 and 5, established in a stretched light metal profile, is enclosed a layer 6 of an elastic material, foam rubber for example. This layer forms, on the one hand, a thermal and sound insulation and, on the other hand, a joint cover preventing the ingress of air and water. For layer 6, dimensions will be adopted such that this layer undergoes compression after having been slipped into the space between the end faces of the construction panels and the blades, thus ensuring a stable connection between the panels, of a on the one hand, and the blades on the other.
