Abstract
The invention relates to an epoxy resin mixture which is suitable for the production of halogen-free flame-resistant composites according to an injection method. Said mixture contains the following constituents: (A) a phosphor-free aliphatic aromatic or heterocyclic epoxide compound with a functionality of > 1 or a mixture of phosphor-free aliphatic aromatic or heterocyclic epoxide compounds, wherein at least one epoxide compound has a functionality of >1 and an epoxide compound with a functionality of <3 is present for an epoxide compound with a functionality of > 3, (B) a phosphor compound containing an epoxide group, (C) at least one primary or secondary aliphatic polyamine with NH and/or NH2 groups as a hardener, wherein the epoxide resin mixture has a phosphor content of 2-6 mass % and the proportion of partial aromatic structures in constituents A + B is < 20 mass %, in relation to constituents A+B+C.
