Abstract

The present invention relates to a slab for a floor raised up in relation to a load-bearing ground. According to the invention, the sectional slab comprises a panel (3), a peripheral fitting (4) protecting the edge (3a) of the panel, made of a plastic material, and having the shape of a profile. The latter has, in cross-section, on the one hand, a web and, on the other hand, adjacently to the face (1a) of the slab, a sealing element (4b) of lower hardness than that of the material constituting the web (4a) and capable of creating imperviousness to fluids by pressure between the edge of the panel and the internal face of the fitting. <IMAGE>
