Description

  Mehradriges elektrisches Kabel.

  Multi-core electrical cable.

In the case of multi-core, non-glowing and radiation-free cables with individual cores metallized on their surface, the task to be solved is to hold the metallized cores together mechanically during stranding so that the metallic contact is maintained at as many points as possible on the cores with the subsequently pressed-on lead jacket.

According to the invention, this is achieved in that the wires metallized on the surface are wrapped with a textile tape and brought into contact with the lead sheath by means of metal threads. The metal threads are advantageously woven or drawn into the textile tape. The joint wrapping of the cores can also consist of a wrapping of textile and metal threads. In the textile bands, the metal threads are preferably in the chain, that is, in the longitudinal direction of the band. The fabric can be made in any width and then cut into ribbons of the required width. The metal threads do not need to be too close together; they can be 10 mm apart, for example.

The common wrapping of the wires can finally also consist of a textile tape in open screw turns and of a meta. lldraht exist, which lies in the space between the tape windings.

If you now the metallized wires, z. B. a three-phase cable with such a tape
