Description

  Use for signal pattons.

So far, the signal cartridges were manufactured in such a way that the outer cardboard tube received a zinc sleeve in which the signal set was located.

According to the invention, the inner signal set tube is also made of cardboard and only the lower end, which contains the rocket set, is formed by a metal sleeve into which the named cardboard tube is pressed.

This insert, consisting of the metal sleeve in connection with the pressed-in cardboard sleeve, has the following advantages: 1. The short metal sleeve can easily be pulled in a stick, which completely saves solder. 2. At de. The previous zinc sleeve melted and the longitudinal seam on the side very often burst, which also creates blowouts. This is excluded with the intended cardboard sleeve, since the cardboard tube is rolled up from an endless strip of paper and glued at the same time. This means that it has no longitudinal seam and offers the best guarantee against cracking, as often occurs with the zinc tube during use and manufacture .

A detachment of the metal can from the Papphl. i1se is excluded because they are closely connected to one another by means of a notch.
 EMI1.1
by means of a notch: or the like. Is held. This cardboard tube initially contains the cardboard disc k in front of the metal base and on top of it the rocket attachment 1, and finally the signal set. Finally, the cork disc n or the cardboard disc o serve.
