  Innen liegende Steuerung für   Einzylinderpunipen.   



   Die Erfindung betrifft eine innen liegende Steuerung für Einzylinderpumpen ohne Rotation, sogenannte Simplexpumpen ; bezweckt wird, bei derartigen Pumpen, die als Kesselspeisepumpen oder   Ablaufpumpen   verwendet, häufig in staubiger Umgebung aufgestellt und überdies schlecht gewartet werden, alle beweglichen Steuerteile innen anzubringen. 



   Als eigentliches Steuerorgan dient ein Schieber, der in bekannter Weise durch einen   Hilfs-   kolben hin und her bewegt wird. Gemäss der Erfindung wird die Bewegung des   Steuerorganes   von der Kolbenbewegung derart abgeleitet, dass   der Kolbenkörper   an den Zylinderenden seine Bewegung auf Knaggen überträgt und dadurch eine drehende Bewegung von Spindeln hervorruft, die in der Ebene der Zylinderlängsachse senkrecht auf letztere angeordnet sind und direkt in den Schieberraum reichen. Die Bewegung der Steuerorgane erfolgt durch Kurbeln unter Zwischenschaltung von Zugstangen, welche auf den im Schieberraume befindlichen Enden der Spindeln sitzen. 



   Da alle beweglichen Teile der Steuerung staubsicher abgeschlossen sind und nachstellbare Stopfbüchsen entfällen, so kann die Pumpe ohne Gefahr für den Betrieb in jedem noch so staubigen   Räume   aufgestellt werden und bedarf keiner Wartung. 



   Die Zeichnung stellt in Fig. 1 einen Schnitt durch den   Dampfzylinder,   das Zwischenstück und einen Teil der Pumpe dar, während Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht auf den Schieberspiegel zeigt. 



   Die Pumpe besteht aus dem Treibzylinder a, dem Pumpenzylinder b und dem   Mittelstück c.   



   Die hin und her gehende Bewegung des Kolbens   d   wird in bekannter Weise dadurch bewerkstelligt, dass durch einen Verteilschieber, der sich auf dem Schieberspiegel e bewegt, eine entsprechende Dampfverteilung vor und hinter dem Kolben bewerkstelligt wird. Dieser Verteilschieber wird wieder in bekannter Weise durch einen   Hilfskolben   f hin und her bewegt. 



    Die Bewegung des Hi1fskolbeil8 f wird eingeleitet durch den Hilfsschieber g, der erst von irgend einem hin und her gehenden Teil der Pumpe selbst bewegt wird.   



   Diese Bewegung des Hilfsschiebers g geschah früher von aussen oder von innen her durch irgend einen Übertragungsmechanismus.

   The invention relates to an internal control for single-cylinder pumps without rotation, so-called simplex pumps; The purpose of such pumps, which are used as boiler feed pumps or drain pumps, is often set up in a dusty environment and, moreover, are poorly maintained, to mount all movable control parts inside.



   The actual control element is a slide that is moved back and forth in a known manner by an auxiliary piston. According to the invention, the movement of the control element is derived from the piston movement in such a way that the piston body at the cylinder ends transfers its movement to lugs and thereby causes a rotating movement of spindles, which are arranged in the plane of the cylinder longitudinal axis perpendicular to the latter and directly into the slide chamber pass. The control elements are moved by cranks with the interposition of tie rods which sit on the ends of the spindles located in the slide chamber.



   Since all moving parts of the control are sealed dust-proof and adjustable stuffing boxes are not required, the pump can be installed in any room, no matter how dusty, and does not require any maintenance.
