Description

Core support with perforations in plates and webs.

By adding corrugations, bulges, edges with sharp burrs and the like, one promotes the melting of the learner support into the casting to a certain extent, but the mass of the foreign body, which the core support forms in the metal, tends to increase as a result of such measures as diminished, while this diminution actually matters.

Foundry practice requires a useful core support that it melts without bubbles and is sufficiently resistant, properties that all innovations in this object seek to achieve with a greater or lesser degree of perfection.

The essence of the core support according to the present invention is to limit its mass to the minimum volume and to give the metal the opportunity for intimate contact and fusion in as many places as possible on the smallest surface area of the foreign body, i.e. H. to promote the evenness of the casting. Under this prerequisite, the solid core support becomes a small framework, similar to fine, resistant frameworks that one sees in natural creations surrounded by flesh. The inflowing metal attaches itself to this core support, everywhere there are only small and tiny surfaces that enable an intimate, bubble-free fusion.

The drawing shows schematically in Fig. 1 to 3 embodiments of the core support, from which it can be seen how the mass reduction is made in the form of only very regular removal of material on end plates and webs. They form small scaffold-like bodies, in which, according to the law of the structure of our body world, despite a minimum of mass, the greatest resistance is achieved with regard to the distribution of tension and pressure in the structure. t
In addition to the purely technical advantages of this type of core strand construction, manufacture is also a lot cheaper, since even old-quality waste can still be used sufficiently.

EMI1.1 **WARNUNG** Ende CLMS Feld Kannt Anfang DESC uberlappen**. PATENT CLAIM: Core support with perforations in plates and webs, characterized in that its mass, which is limited to a minimum, forms small framework-like bodies, which in the In contrast to the full form, as a result of the regular removal of material on the end plates and webs, only as much meat is left as is necessary to maintain its full static resistance, whereby the completely bubble-free and intimate melting of the core support. Foreign body in the cast and the evenness of the latter is promoted. EMI1.1 ** WARNING ** End of CLMS field may overlap beginning of DESC **.
