    Drillmaschine.

    Seed drill.

The present machine is essentially an embodiment of known seed drills. The seed container a sits on any machine frame and runs out in a known manner into the drill pipes b, which are equipped with small coulters at the front. On the frame of the seed drill a kind of forearm c is also arranged in a known manner, which, as can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2, draws a relatively narrow furrow in order to break the hard ground cover and initiate furrow formation.

In this furrow drawn by the forearm c, a disc or wheel d works in front of each drill pipe, which according to the invention is composed of a number of ploughshare-like bodies and rotates in the opposite direction to the running wheels, so that the earth dug by the wedge-shaped ploughshares flows off to both sides and a dam and furrow formation which can be seen from FIG. 2 is caused.

In the drawing, FIG. 1 shows a side view and FIG. 2 shows a partial front view.
