Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft textile Kristallgewebe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steine in Form eines gefaßten Bandes in das Gewebe sowohl in der Kettrichtung als auch in der Schußrichtung eingewoben werden. Es entstehen hier mannigfaltige Musterungsmöglichkeiten durch die Verwendung verschiedenster Gewebebindungen sowie Kett- und Schußfolgen.The invention relates to textile crystal fabrics, characterized in that the stones in the form of a band are woven into the fabric both in the warp direction and in the weft direction.   Gewebe mit eingewobenen Kristallen (Kristallgewebe) Kristallgewebe dadurch gekennzeichnet, das Kristalle gefasst in Bändern als Kettfäden und Schussfäden verwoben werden (Fig.l). 



  Es war bisher nur möglich, Kristalle durch nachträgliches aufkleben beziehungsweise   ufnähen   oder   ticken   auf der Gewebeoberfläche anzubringen. Der Nachteil ist hierbei im besondern die mangelnde   Strapazierfähigkeit   dieser Verbindung. Dieser Nachteil wird durch die Verwebung der Kristallbänder im Gewebe beseitigt, da die gefassten Kristallbänder direkt in das Gewebe eingebunden werden. 



  Aus Figur 1 ist ersichtlich wie das Kristallband als 3. und 7. Kettfaden eingesetzt wird, sowie als 3.,5.,11. und 15. Schussfaden verwoben sind. Als Grundbindung findet hier Leinwand Verwendung. Die Kristalle sind mit 18 gekennzeichnet. 



  Die Fig. 2 zeigt einen Schussschnitt an welchem der Verlauf des 2. und 3. Kettfadens erkennbar ist.

  Kristallgewebe sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Verwendung verschiedener Gewebebindungen, sowie Kett- und Schussfolgen sich mannigfaltige Musterungsmöglichkeiten ergeben.

  So far, it was only possible to attach crystals by subsequent gluing, sewing or ticking on the tissue surface. The disadvantage here is especially the lack of durability of this connection. This disadvantage is eliminated by the interweaving of the crystal ribbons in the tissue, since the captured crystal ribbons are integrated directly into the tissue.



  From Figure 1 it can be seen how the crystal ribbon is used as 3rd and 7th warp thread, and as 3rd, 5th, 11th and 15. weft are interwoven. Canvas is used as the basic weave here. The crystals are marked with 18.



  Fig. 2 shows a weft cut on which the course of the 2nd and 3rd warp thread can be recognized.

  Crystal fabrics are characterized by the fact that the use of various weaves, as well as warp and weft sequences result in a wide range of pattern options.

Claims: 1. Textile crystal fabric, characterized in that natural or artificial stones are woven into ribbons as warp and / or weft threads (Fig. 1)
