Wenn man das Rohr b im Rohr a dreht, um neuerdings Stoff oder Papier abzuziehen, wird das die Falte x bildende, zwischen den beiden Rohren a und b eingeschobene Ende der Rolle j durch die glatten, jedoch gegen einander etwas federnden Flächen der Hülsen um ein Stück nach aussen geschoben (Fig. 7), welches stets ein sehr leichtes Erfassen dieses Endes zulässt.
Die Fig. 8-10 zeigen eine andere Ausführungsform der Kapsel. Bei derselben kommt die früher am Rohr b angebrachten Abschlusswand k, ebenso wie der bewegliche Sektor l in Wegfall.
Die Welle g der Pupier-oder StonroHe wird durch einen beweglichen Deckel o gehalten, welcher aus zwei Metallkpseln besteht, die in geeigneter Weise ausgetrieben und ineinander geschoben sind. Die innere Kapsel trägt in ihrer Mitte eine kreisrunde Öffnung p, durch welche eines der Enden der Welle y dringen kann. Um die Papier-oder Stoffrolle in Stellung zu bringen, genügt es, nachdem diese Rolle in die Vorrichtung eingesetzt worden ist, das Ende der Welle g in die Öffnung p im Deckel o einzuführen und letztere in das Rohr b einzuschieben.
