An die Hülse--4--ist ein Rahmengestell angeschlossen, das aus den Längsrahmenteilen --26-- und den   Querrahmenteilen-27-besteht.   Ein   Quersteg-28-,   auf den sich das innere Ende der   Feder --14-- über   den   Ring-13-stützt,   ist längsgleitbar an den Teilen-26gelagert.

   An davon ausragenden Lagerarmen-29-ist beiderseits, symmetrisch zur   Stange-3-   je ein   Lenker --30-- gelagert,   dessen anderes Ende gelenkig mit je zwei am inneren Ende abgewinkelten   Betätigungshebeln-31-verbunden   ist, die an ihren   Endteilen --33-- mittels   einer   Querachse --32-- in   den   Rahmenteilen --26-- gelagert   sind. Die beiden Hebelpaare-31-sind an ihren äusseren Enden durch einen querliegenden   Stab --31'-- miteinander   starr verbunden. 



   Je eine   Zugfeder--35--greift   einerseits an vom   Rahmen--27--nach   unten ragenden Armen--36--und anderseits an von den   Hebeln--31--ausragenden Armen--37--so   an, dass der Hebel über die Totlage in die Spannstellung des Kniehebelgetriebes (strichpunktiert in Fig. 2) bis zum   Anschlag --38-- gezogen   und in dieser Stellung von den   Federn --35-- festgehalten   wird. 



  Eine Rolle--39--am äusseren Ende des   Hebels--31--wirkt   mit einer   Steuerschiene --40-- im   Sinne der   Offen- und Schliessbewegung   der   Steuerhebel --31-- zusammen.   Bei niedergedrücktem Hebel (strichpunktierte Stellung in Fig. 2) hält die Feder--35--die Klemme in der Schliesslage fest. Durch Auflaufen der   Rolle --39-- auf   die   Steuerschiene-40-wird   die Klemme geöffnet. Auf diese Weise ist ein hoher Klemmdruck erreichbar, dessen Einhaltung gesichert ist, bis die Rolle   --39-- wieder   durch Auflaufen auf eine Steuerschiene die Klemme zur Öffnung freigibt.
