   Die Wirkungsweise der neuen Maschine ist folgende :

   Der die Walzen 4, 24   unischliessende Kastenteil   ist offen und die Walze 24 ist an 4   herangerückt, so dass ein   fertig bearbeiteter Strähn bequem von ihnen abgenommen bezw. auf beide ein neuer Garnsträhn aufgelegt werden kann. 



   Ist der Strähn A fertig bearbeitet, so wird der Schlitten 12 nach rechts bewegt, wodurch die Walzen 23 und 3 einander genähert, die den neuen Strähn tragenden   Walz. en   4 und 24 aber gleichzeitig voneinander entfernt werden, bis dieser letztere Strähn die zum   Lüstricren nötige Spannung   hat. Alsdann wird der die Walzen 4 und 24 enthaltende Raum geschlossen- und Dampf durch Rohr 39 in ihn eingelassen. Während nun hier der   Strähn   in dem von Dampf erfüllten Raum sich bewegt, kann von den beiden anderen   Walzen 3,   23 der fertig bearbeitete Strähn abgenommen und ein weiterer auf sie aufgelegt werden. 



   Infolge der den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildenden Verstellbarkeit der einen der beiden verschiebbaren Walzen kann die Maschine zum Lüstrieren von   Garnstrabnen ver-   schiedener Länge benutzt werden. 



   Selbstverständlich   könnten   auch bei dieser Maschine immer mehrere Walzenpaare übereinander angeordnet sein.

   Of course, several pairs of rollers could always be arranged one above the other in this machine.

PATENT CLAIM: Strahngarn luster machine, in which two pairs of rollers, each consisting of a fixed and a displaceable roller, are arranged next to one another in one plane and the boidon displaceable rollers are mounted on a common carrier, characterized in that one of the two displaceable rollers is adjustable relative to the other is arranged on the common carrier, for the purpose of regulating the greatest possible distance between the displaceable rollers and the fixedly mounted rollers according to the length of the strand of yarn to be luscious.
