  Wellblech-Flammrohr. 



   Die Erfindung betrifft ein Wellblech-Flammrohr für Dampfkessel, welches hinter der Feuerbrücko ein bekanntes stufenförmig abgesetztes Rohr als Zwischenstück enthält. Bei den bisher angewendeten Wellrohre wird es allgemein als grosser Übelstand empfunden, dass im hinteren Teile desselben sich eine grosse Menge Flugasche ansammelte, wodurch diese Fläche der Ausnutzung durch die Feuergaso fast ganz verloren geht und eine häufige Entfernung derselben im Betriebe erforderlich wird. Ausserdem werden die Kessel mit den bisherigen Wellrohre unnötig teuer, weil der durch die Flugaschénablagerung unwirksam gemachte Teil der   Flammrohre   durch Wahl grösserer Dimensionen ersetzt werden muss. 



   Diesen Übelständen wird nach vorliegender Erfindung dadurch abgeholfen, dass der hintere Teil des Wellrohres mit wesentlich kleinerem Durchmessern versehen wird, als der vordere und als   Übergang von   den grossen b auf den kleinen Flammrohrdurchmesser a ein stufenförmig abgesetztes Rohrstück c eingesetzt wird, durch welche Anordnung in den ver-   engten Wellrohren ein bedeutender   Zug entsteht, welcher die sich ablagernde Asche selbst-   tittig entfernt.   



     Ausser   diesen bedeutenden   Vorzügen   wird noch der Vorteil erreicht, dass durch die Zusammenziehung der Feuergaso in dem verengten Querschnitt a der engeren Wellrohre verbunden mit der Mischung derselben in dem stufenförmigen Übergangsstück c eine Nachverbrennung der unverbrannten Gasteile und daraus resultierende Temperaturerhöhung und   R : mchverbrennung   erzielt werden, sehr wertvolle Eigenschaften, die den bisher verwendeten   Wellrohren   von annähernd gleichen Durchmessern in der ganzen Länge fehlten. 



     Ausserdem wird   der   Wasserraum   und somit das Wärmereservoir im Kessel   vergrössert.

   According to the present invention, these inconveniences are remedied by providing the rear part of the corrugated pipe with a significantly smaller diameter than the front and, as a transition from the large b to the small flame pipe diameter a, a stepped pipe section c is used, through which arrangement in the constricted corrugated pipes create a significant draft which automatically removes the deposited ash.



     In addition to these significant advantages, the advantage is also achieved that through the contraction of the fire gas in the narrowed cross section a of the narrower corrugated pipes combined with the mixture of the same in the step-shaped transition piece c, post-combustion of the unburned gas parts and the resulting temperature increase and R: mchverbrennung are achieved, very valuable properties that the corrugated pipes used up to now, of approximately the same diameter, lacked over their entire length.
