Die Richtigkeit der Strommessung lässt sieh erfindungsgemäss dadurch sichern, dass, entsprechend Fig. 2, das zwischen Röntgenröhre und Ventilröhre liegende Messinstrument in Reihe mit einem Ventil 7 liegt, welches den Strom in Richtung des Nutzstromes durchlässt, während ein zweites Ventil 8 parallel zu dieser Messanordnung derart liegt, dass es für den die Röntgenröhre in verkehrter Richtung durchfliessenden Strom durchlässig ist.
Als Ventile 7, 8 werden zweckmässig Kupferoxydulgleichrichter verwendet. Diese können vorteilhaft in das Strommessgerät eingebaut sein.
