  Hängeisolator für Abspannseile von Radiotürmen od. dgl. 



   Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein   Isolatorengehänge, welches   zur Isolierung von Abspannseilen bei Radiotürmen od. dgl. dient. 



   Neuartig ist die Ausbildung aus zwei ineinander gegossenen einteiligen Gliedern aus hochwertigem Stahlguss od. dgl. zwischen denen der eigentliche Isolator als   Druckkörper   sitzt. 



   Die Seilenden a und b des betreffenden Abspannseiles, welches isoliert werden soll, werden in den Muffen der Ösen   e   und   d   mittels der konischen Ringe   f   durch Keilwirkung befestigt. Die Ösen   c   und d sind jeweils   aus einem Stück   hergestellt und lose ineinander gegossen. Ihre Formgebung entspricht den statischen Bedürfnissen und dem Verwendungszweck, wobei an den Innenseiten der Ösen, quer zur Achse des Abspannseiles, entsprechende Sitzflächen ausgebildet werden. Auf diesen sind die Isolierstücke e als Druckkörper aufgesetzt.

   Die Sitzflächen für die Druckkörper e können gerade, gewölbt, auch mit einer elastischen Zwischenlage zwischen den   Druckkörpers   e und den Ösen   c   und d ausgeführt werden, um geringen Biegungen des Abspannseiles folgen zu können. 



   Gegen Verdrehen der Ösen   e   und   d   gegeneinander, die möglichst unter einem Kreuzungswinkel von   900 stehen   sollen, können an den   Druckkörpern   e bzw. deren Sitzflächen entsprechende Vorkehrungen getroffen werden.

   The subject of the invention is an isolator hanger which is used to isolate guy ropes in radio towers or the like.



   What is new is the formation of two one-piece members cast into one another made of high-quality cast steel or the like, between which the actual insulator sits as a pressure body.



   The rope ends a and b of the guy rope in question, which is to be insulated, are fastened in the sleeves of the eyes e and d by means of the conical rings f by wedge effect. The eyelets c and d are each made from one piece and loosely cast into one another. Their shape corresponds to the static needs and the intended use, with corresponding seating surfaces being formed on the inside of the eyelets, transversely to the axis of the guy rope. The insulating pieces e are placed on these as pressure bodies.

   The seating surfaces for the pressure hulls e can be straight, arched, or with an elastic intermediate layer between the pressure hulls e and the eyelets c and d in order to be able to follow slight bends in the guy rope.



   Appropriate precautions can be taken on the pressure bodies e or their seat surfaces to prevent the eyelets e and d from rotating relative to one another, which should be at a crossing angle of 900 if possible.
