Abspannklemme.

Tension clamp.
The invention relates to a metal clamp which is used for clamping the ends of overhead lines, e.g. B. of copper or aluminum or steel-aluminum cables is used. With the help of this clamp, the end of the overhead cable is attached to the mast and tensioned with insulators.
The suspension clamps in use hitherto consisted of cast material, e.g. B. Gunmetal, and were
EMI1.1
Also suitable for the casting process, the shape is not suitable for the pressing process because of the lintersections.
According to the present invention, this problem has been eliminated by dividing the suspension clamp into two in the central plane. With this division into two halves, each of the two halves is suitable for production by the pressing process because each half does not have any undercuts. After pressing the two halves, they are screwed back into place
EMI1.2
The reliability of the clamps is just as great as a clamp pressed from one piece and, on the other hand, the advantages of the pressing process (cheaper material, greater strength of the material) have been preserved.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the inventive concept is shown. 1 shows a clamp half with inserted ropes, FIG. 2 shows the two clamp halves riveted together after assembly with the rope, and FIG. 3 shows a section along the line A-B according to FIG. 1.
The two clamp halves 1 and 2 produced by the pressing process are firmly connected to one another by the rivets j. In this guy clamp the rope end 2 is placed, which by means of
