    Uberwurimutter   und ihre Verschraubung mit dem Gehäuse von aus Blech hergestellten Fleisch-   schneidemaschinen   od. dgl. 



   Bei aus Blech hergestellten Zerkleinerungsmaschinen ist es vorteilhaft, auch die Überwurfmutter für die Klemmung der Lochscheibe aus Blech herzustellen. Diese Herstellungsweise bedingt eine besondere Ausgestaltung der   Überwurfmutter   und des entsprechenden Gewindes am Maschinengehäuse. 



   Die Zeichnung zeigt eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform der Überwurfmutter und deren Verschraubung, u. zw. zeigen Fig. 1 und 2 den Querschnitt und Grundriss des Ringgehäuses. 



  Fig. 5 und 6 den an demselben zu befestigenden, gesondert hergestellten Gewindeteil, Fig. 3 und 4 den am Ende des Fleischschneidemaschinengehäuses zu befestigenden Gewindeteil und Fig. 7 einen Querschnitt des Endes einer aus Blech hergestellten Fleischschneidemaschine mit der darauf sitzenden Überwurfmutter, welche die Klemmung der Lochscheibe und das dichte Aufliegen der Messerkanten bewirkt. 



   Das Ringgehäuse ist hohl und mit äusseren Wellen versehen. an dessen Innenseite ein mit nach innen abgebogenen Kanten versehener Ring 13 (Fig. 5 und 6) befestigt ist. Diese Kanten sind als drei Gänge eines flachen Muttergewinde gestaltet. Entsprechend diesen Kanten ist an der Oberfläche des Gehäuseendes 7 (Fig. 7) der Fleischschneidemaschine ein zweiter   Ring 14 Wig.   3 und 4) mit nach aussen abgebogenen Kanten befestigt, welche als die Gänge eines entsprechenden Schraubengewindes gestaltet sind, so dass beim Aufsetzen und Verdrehen der Überwurfmutter die Kanten 13 mit den Kanten 14 eine Verschraubung bilden. Dabei wird infolge der entsprechend gewählten kleinen Neigungswinkel der Kanten 13 und 14 eine Selbstbremswirkung des Sperriges 12 erzielt.

   Die Befestigung der Ringe 13 und 14 kann mittels Löten oder Schweissen bewirkt werden.

   In the case of shredding machines made from sheet metal, it is advantageous to also make the union nut for clamping the perforated disc from sheet metal. This production method requires a special design of the union nut and the corresponding thread on the machine housing.



   The drawing shows an example embodiment of the union nut and its screw connection, u. Between FIGS. 1 and 2 show the cross section and floor plan of the ring housing.



  Fig. 5 and 6 the threaded part to be attached to the same, separately manufactured, Fig. 3 and 4 the threaded part to be attached to the end of the meat cutting machine housing and the perforated disc and the tight fit of the knife edges.



   The ring housing is hollow and provided with external waves. on the inside of which a ring 13 (FIGS. 5 and 6) provided with inwardly bent edges is attached. These edges are designed as three turns of a flat nut thread. Corresponding to these edges, a second ring 14 Wig is on the surface of the housing end 7 (FIG. 7) of the meat cutting machine. 3 and 4) with outwardly bent edges, which are designed as the turns of a corresponding screw thread, so that the edges 13 form a screw connection with the edges 14 when the union nut is placed and turned. As a result of the correspondingly selected small angles of inclination of the edges 13 and 14, a self-braking effect of the bulky 12 is achieved.

   The rings 13 and 14 can be fastened by soldering or welding.

PATENT CLAIM: Union nut and its screw connection with the housing of meat cutting machines or the like made from sheet metal, characterized in that on the inner ring surface of the ring housing (12) provided with a corrugated outer side surface and on the corresponding EMI1.1 are attached, which are provided with inwardly or outwardly bent, the stretches of a flat three-start self-braking thread forming edges that form a secure screw connection when the union nut is placed and turned. ** WARNING ** End of CLMS field may overlap beginning of DESC **.
