  Verfahren zur Herstellung von   Wandeinheiten   für eiserne Wände. 



   Es ist vorgeschlagen worden, Rohre derart umzuformen, dass dieselben Anschlussstücke erhalten, z. B. Klaue und Wulst, so dass sie durch Einziehen der Wulste in die Klaue miteinander zu einer Wand verbunden werden können. 



   Die Herstellung solcher Rohre, soweit es sich um stärkere Eisenrohre handelt, kann zweckmässig und wirtschaftlich nur im Walz-oder Ziehverfahren oder einer Kombination beider erfolgen, unter Umständen unter Benutzung eines entsprechend geformten Dornes. Beim Walzverfahren wird z. B. das Rohr   a   in dem Durchmesser b etwas zusammengedrückt und an zwei Seiten c und d ganz abgeplattet. Im weiteren Verlauf des Walzvorganges wird nunmehr bei c das Rohr   eingedrückt,   so dass die Vorstufe zur Klaue entsteht. An der andern Seite d wird das Rohr eingeschnürt, um die Wulst zu bilden. In der dritten Phase wird die Klaue c bei e und f herangebogen, so dass die Klaue fertig ausgebildet ist. Entsprechend können auch an drei oder mehr Seiten des Rohres Anschlüsse angebracht werden, um z. B. 



  Eckenbildungen und Kreuzungen zu ermöglichen. 



   Das Ziehverfahren erfolgt in der Weise, dass das Rohr durch mehrere hintereinander liegende Matrizen gezogen wird, welche die verschiedenen Vorstufen bis zur Endstufe enthalten. Dabei können die mehreren Matrizen direkt aneinander liegen oder aus einem Stück herausgearbeitet sein. Sie können aber auch   räumlich getrennt hintereinander liegen. Ebenso kann die einzelne Matrize sowohl aus dem Vollen gearbeitet   wie aus mehreren Teilen hergestellt sein. 



   Die Verbindung des Walz-und Ziehverfahrens erfolgt in der Weise, dass das umzuformende Rohr sowohl durch Matrizen gezogen, als auch zwischenzeitlich durch Walzen bearbeitet wird, welche entsprechend der fortschreitenden Umformung des Rohres in verschiedenen Ebenen liegen. Welches von diesen Verfahren im einzelnen Falle zweckmässig anzuwenden ist, richtet sieh nach der Wandstärke und dem Umfang des Rohres.

PATENT-ANSPRUCH : Verfahren zur Herstellung von Wandeinheiten für eiserne Wände, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eiserne Rohre im Walz-oder Ziehverfahren oder einer Kombination beider Verfahren derart umgeformt werden, dass sie an zwei oder mehr Seiten mit Anschlüssen, z.
