Abstract
Se divulgan un proceso y sistema para, producir un hidrocarburo sintético que tiene una relación H/C deseada. El material orgánico es digerido bioquímicamente en un biodigestor de dos etapas a efectos de producir por separado un biogás que contiene hidrógeno, sustancialmente libre de metano, en una primera etapa, y un biogás que contiene metano, en una segunda etapa. El biogás que contiene metano es reformado en un primer reformador a efectos de generar hidrógeno gaseoso y monóxido de carbono gaseoso, que son seguidamente combinados en una mezcladora con el biogás que contiene hidrógeno de manera de obtener un singás en cantidades tales de lograr en el singás una relación H/C global sustancialmente igual a la relación H/C deseada, Se hace reaccionar el singás con un catalizador en un segundo reformador, un reactor de Fischer-Tropsch (FT), para producir el hidrocarburo. La utilización de un biodigestor de dos etapas permite la generación de corrientes separadas de hidrógeno y de metano, una generación más económica del singás FT, y un reducido ensuciamiento del catalizador FT.
