Abstract

Método para tratamiento de remoción de brotes de tubérculos, en especial papas, preferentemente por empañamiento con una composición de limoneno altamente concentrada. También se refiere a tubérculos tratados con limoneno que se pueden obtener por dicho método. Además proporciona composiciones de limoneno adecuadas para la remoción de brotes por empañamiento. Resulta ventajosa, ya que proporciona un agente renovable y natural para la remoción de brotes. Permite la remoción de brotes de tubérculos destinados al mercado de productos frescos, donde prácticamente no se permiten residuos de pesticidas.
