Abstract
Se proveen composiciones y métodos para mejorar el crecimiento de una planta. Las composiciones comprenden secuencias de promotores que dirigen la expresión de un nucleótido operativamente unido de un modo regulado por el desarrollo. Asimismo se proveen polinucleótidos, polipéptidos y constructos de expresión que expresan genes de interés cuya expresión puede mejorar las propiedades agronómicas que incluyen entre otras rendimiento, tolerancia a los esfuerzos bióticos y abióticos, y vigor temprano, así como plantas que comprenden los polinucleótidos, polipéptidos y constructos de expresión, y métodos de producción de plantas transgénicas.
