Abstract

Un aparato para dispendio de una bebida, en donde el aparato comprende: una carcasa que define un espacio interior en donde se aloja un barril de bebida, el barril se extiende a lo largo de la dirección gravitacional, X₁, paralelo al campo gravitacional, desde la posición superior X₁,ₜ, hasta la posición inferior X₁,ᵇ, en donde X₁,ₜ resulta más alto en el campo gravitacional que X₁,ᵇ cuando el aparato se encuentra en uso; una unidad presurizadora para presurizar el interior del barril; una unidad de toma que permite dispensar la bebida desde dicho barril impulsado por la presión; una unidad de enfriamiento para enfriar la bebida en dicho barril, la unidad de enfriamiento resulta apta para enfriar un área de enfriamiento específica de la pared externa del barril hasta una temperatura menor a cualquier otro punto del barril, caracterizado porque el área fría del barril se encuentra localizado en el tercio superior del barril de acuerdo con la X₁ dirección.
