Abstract
Identificadores de capa de codificación para puntos de operación en la codificación de video. Un método para la decodificación de datos de video. El método comprende la decodificación de elementos de sintaxis en un conjunto de parámetros de video (VPS, por sus siglas en inglés) dentro de una corriente de bits conforme que indica un primer punto de operación que tiene un primer conjunto de contenido. El método además comprende la decodificación de, si están presentes, elementos de sintaxis en el VPS dentro de la corriente de bits conforme que indica información de parámetros del decodificador hipotético de referencia (HRD, por sus siglas en inglés) que tiene un segundo conjunto de contenido para el primer punto de operación, en donde la corriente de bits conforme no incluye elementos de sintaxis en el VPS que duplican por lo menos uno del primer o el segundo conjunto de contenido para un segundo punto de operación, y en donde decodificar elementos de sintaxis comprende la decodificación de los elementos de sintaxis que indican el primer punto de operación y la información de parámetros del HRD únicamente dentro de las corrientes de bits conformes.
