Abstract
Reivindicacion 1: Un compuesto de formula (1), o una sal o solvato farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo, en el que R5 y R6 son cada uno miembros independientemente seleccionados de H y un grupo que es un miembro seleccionado de alquilo C1-10,heteroalquilo, heterocicloalquilo, heterocicloalquilalquilo C1-2, cicloalquilo C3-8, cicloalquil C3-8-alquilo C1-2, arilalquilo C1-3, ariloxialquilo C1-2, arilaminoalquilo C1-2, heteroarilo, heteroarilaminoalquilo C1-2, heteroariloxialquilo C1-2 yheteroarilalquilo C1-2, en el que cada uno está opcionalmente sustituido en cualquier punto adecuado con uno o más sustituyentes seleccionados del grupo que está constituido por oxo, halogeno, ciano, hidroxi, alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4, alcoxiC1-4, alcoxi C1-4-alcoxi C1-4, hidroxialquilo C1-4, hidroxialcoxi C1-4, haloalcoxi C1-4, cicloalquil C3-8-alcoxi C1-4, amino, alquil C1-4-amino, dialquil C1-4-amino, trifluorometiltio, cicloalquilo C3-8, pirazolilo, fenilo, bencilo, fenetilo,piridilo, piridilmetilo, fenoxi, fenoximetilo, piridiloxi y piridiloximetilo, en el que cada pirazolilo, fenilo, bencilo, fenetilo, piridilo, piridilmetilo, fenoxi, fenoximetilo, piridiloxi o piridiloximetilo está opcionalmente sustituido conhalogeno, ciano, hidroxi, metilo, metoxi, trifluorometilo o trifluorometoxi; con la condicion de que R5 y R6 no son ambos hidrogeno; o R5 y R6, cuando se consideran junto con el nitrogeno al que están unidos, se unen opcionalmente para formar unanillo heterocicloalquilo de 4 a 8 miembros, en el que dicho anillo heterocicloalquilo de 4 a 8 miembros está opcionalmente sustituido con uno o más sustituyentes seleccionados del grupo que está constituido por oxo, halogeno, ciano, hidroxi,alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4, alcoxi C1-4-alcoxi C1-4, hidroxialcoxi C1-4, haloalcoxi C1-4, cicloalquil C3-8-alcoxi C1-4, cicloalquil C3-8, alcoxi C1-4-alquilo C1-4, amino, alquil C1-4-amino, dialquilC1-4-amino, trifluorometiltio,cicloalquilo C3-8, pirazolilo, fenilo, bencilo, fenetilo, piridilo, piridilmetilo, fenoxi, fenoximetilo, piridiloxi y piridiloximetilo en el que cada pirazolilo, fenilo, bencilo, fenetilo, piridilo, piridilmetilo, fenoxi, fenoximetilo, piridiloxi opiridiloximetilo está opcionalmente sustituido con halogeno, ciano, hidroxi, metilo, metoxi, trifluorometilo o trifluorometoxi; B es un miembro seleccionado del grupo que está constituido por arilo y heteroarilo de 6 miembros, en al que cada unoestá opcionalmente sustituido con uno o más sustituyentes seleccionados del grupo que está constituido por halogeno, ciano, alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4 y haloalcoxi C1-4; y Z es un heteroarilo de 5 miembros, opcionalmente sustituidocon uno o más sustituyentes seleccionados del grupo que está constituido por halogeno, ciano, alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4carbonilo, alcoxi C1-4, haloalcoxi C1-4, cicloalquilo C3-8, amino, alquil C1-4-amino y dialquil C1-4-amino.
