Abstract

Métodos y composiciones nutricionales para estimular el sistema inmune, particularmente en sujetos con un sistema inmune deficiente, como los lactantes, donde método comprende administrar una composicion que comprende oligosacáridos (le la leche de oveja y/o de cadena corta. Reivindicacion 6: Composicion nutricional, caracterizada porque comprende i) una fuente de proteína seleccionada del grupo que consiste en proteína de soja, proteína de arveja y proteína de la leche de vaca; ii) ácidos grasos poliinsaturados de cadena larga y iii) una mezcla de oligosacáridos que comprende por lo menos un oligosacárido seleccionado del grupo que consiste en 3-sialil-lactosa y 6-sialil-lactosa, y donde por lo menos el 75 % en peso del total de oligosacáridos tiene un grado de polimerizacion de 2, 3, 4 o 5.
