Abstract
La presente se refiere a derivados de la urea cíclica substituida. Adicionalmente, también se revelen las composiciones que comprenden una cantidad insecticidamente efectiva de al menos un compuesto de la formula (1), y opcionalmente una cantidad efectiva de al menos un segundo compuesto, con al menos un vehículo insecticidamente compatible; junto con los métodos para controlar los insectos que comprende aplicar dichas composiciones a un lugar donde los insectos están presente o se espera que estén presentes. Reivindicacion 1: Un compuesto de la formula (1), donde: R y R3 están independientemente seleccionados del hidrogeno, halogeno, hidroxi, alquilo C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-6, alquenilo C2-6, alquinilo C2-6, haloalquilo C1-3, alcoxi C1-3, haloalcoxi C1-3, alquiltio C1-3, haloalquiltio C1-3, alquilsulfonilo C1-3, haloalquilsulfonilo C1-3, ciano, nitro; amino opcionalmente substituido en la que el substituyente opcional está seleccionado desde alquilo C1-4, alquil C1-3carbonilo y alcoxi C1-3carbonilo; imidazolilo opcionalmente substituido, imidazolinilo opcionalmente substituido, oxazolinilo opcionalmente substituido, oxazolilo opcionalmente substituido, oxadiazolilo opcionalmente substituido, tiazolilo opcionalmente substituido, pirazolilo opcionalmente substituido, triazolilo opcionalmente substituido, furanilo opcionalmente substituido, tetrahidrofuranilo opcionalmente substituido, dioxolanilo opcionalmente substituido, dioxanilo opcionalmente substituido, - C(=K)-L, y -C(R16)-MR17, en la que el substituyente opcional está seleccionado desde alquilo C1-4, halogeno, haloalquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4, alcoxi C1-4-alquilo C1-4, cicloalquilo C3-6, alquenilo C2-6, alquinilo C2-6, ciano, nitro y arilo; donde K está seleccionado desde O, S, NR18, y NOR18, donde R18 es hidrogeno, alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4, arilo y arilo-alquilo C1-4; L está seleccionado desde hidrogeno, alquilo C1-3, haloalquilo C1-3, alcoxi C1-3, alquilamino C1-3 y dialquilamino C1-3; M está seleccionado desde O, S, y NR18, donde R18 es como se describio previamente; R16 y R17 están independientemente seleccionados del hidrogeno, alquilo C1-4 y haloalquilo C1-4, o R16 y R17 pueden estar tomados juntos con -Q(CHR18)e, donde e es un entero de 2 a 4; Q está seleccionado desde O, S, y NR18, donde R18 es como se describio previamente; R1 y R2 están independientemente seleccionados del hidrogeno, halogeno y alquilo C1-3; A está seleccionado desde O, S, *OCH2 y (CH2)f donde el asterisco denota union a B, y f es un entero seleccionado desde 1, 2, y 3; B está seleccionado desde CH2, O, S y NR19 donde R19 está seleccionado desde hidrogeno, alquilo C1-3, alcoxi C1-3-alquilo C1-3, arilo-alquilo C1-3, alquenil C2-4-alquilo C1- 3, haloalquenil C2-4-alquilo C1-3, dialquil C1-3fosfonato, alquil C1-3carbonilo, haloalquil C1-3carbonilo, alcoxi C1-3-alquil C1-3carbonilo, arilcarbonil, alquilsulfonilo C1-3; con la condicion de que A y B no son simultáneamente O o S; R4 es hidrogeno; R5 y R6 están independientemente seleccionados del halogeno; a es un entero seleccionado desde 0 o 1; y cuando a es 1, D es O, CH2, OCH2, CH2O, OCH=CH, C(=O), S(O)g, -CH=CH-, -OC(=O)-, -OC(=O)NH-, -NHC(=O)-, -NHSO2-, -N=CH-, NR19, o N(oxido)R19 donde R19 es como se describio previamente, y g es un entero seleccionado desde 0, 1 o 2; b es un entero seleccionado desde 0,1, 2, 3, 4, 5 o 6; y cuando b es 1 o más, R7 y R8 están independientemente seleccionados del hidrogeno, halogeno, alquilo C1-4, cicloalquilo C3-6, haloalquilo C1-4 y arilo; E es un grupo puente seleccionado desde -CR20=CR21-, *-CR20=N-, *-N=CR20-, -N=N-, *-C(=O)CR20R21-, *-CR20R21C(=O)-, -(CR20R21)n-, *-N=CR20C(=O)-, *-C(=O)CR20=N-, *-C(=O)NR20-, *- NR20C(=O)-, *-CR20=CR21C(=O)-, *-C(=O)CR21=CR20-, -CR20R21OCR22R23-, -C(=O)C(=O)-, *-S(O)gCR20R21-, *-S(O)gNR20-, *-OCR22R23-, *-CR22R23O- y -C(=O)-, donde el asterisco denota union en la posicion designada como 1 en la formula (1), g es como se describio previamente, n es un entero seleccionado desde 2, 3 y 4; y R20 hasta R23, inclusive, están independientemente seleccionados del hidrogeno, halogeno, alquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4, alcoxi C1-4-alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1- 4carbonilo, nitro, ciano, amino, alquilamino C1-4 y arilo; y R20 hasta R23 en posicion geminal pueden estar tomados juntos para formar anillos de 5-, 6- o 7-miembros espiro comprendidos de carbono, nitrogeno u oxígeno, o R20 hasta R23 en posiciones adyacentes pueden estar tomados juntos para formar anillos de 5-, 6- o 7-miembros comprendidos de carbono, nitrogeno y oxígeno o un anillo benzo fusionado; G está seleccionado desde O, S, N-Q, o C-Q, donde Q es ciano o nitro; c es un entero seleccionado desde 0, 1, 2, 3 o 4; y cuando c es 1 o más, R9 y R10 están independientemente seleccionados del hidrogeno, alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4 o alcoxi C1-4 y arilo; d es un entero seleccionado desde 0 o 1; y cuando d es 1, J está seleccionado desde O, CH=CH, S(O)g, HC=N, C(=O), OC(=O), C(=O)O, C(=O)NH, NR19, N(oxido)R19 y NR19C(=O) donde g y R19 son como se describio previamente; X está seleccionado desde un arilo substituido o un heteroarilo substituido, en la que los substituyentes están independientemente seleccionados del hidrogeno, halogeno, alquilo C1-6, alquenilo C2-4, alquinilo C2-4, haloalquilo C1-6, haloalcoxi C1-6, hidroxi-alquilo C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-6, haloalquenilo C2-4, haloalquinilo C2-4, alcoxi C1-6, alcoxi C1-6-alquilo C1-6, alqueniloxi C2-4, alquiniloxi C2-4, haloalcoxi C1-6, haloalqueniloxi C2-4, haloalquiniloxi C2-4, alquiltio C1-6, pentahalotio, alquilsulfinilo C1-6, alquilsulfonilo C1-6, haloalquiltio C1-6, haloalquilsulfinilo C1-6, haloalquilsulfonilo C1-6, ciano, nitro; NRcRd, donde Rc y Rd están independientemente seleccionados del hidrogeno, alquilo C1-6, haloalquilo C1-6, alquil C1-6carbonilo, y alcoxi C1-6carbonilo, o donde Rc y Rd pueden estar tomados juntos para formar un anillo de 5- o 6-miembros saturados o no-saturados que contienen carbono, O, N, o S; alquil C1-6carbonilo, alquil C1-6carboniloxi, alcoxi C1-6carbonilo, alcoxi C1-6carboniloxi, alquilamino C1-6carbonilo, alquilamino C1-6carboniloxi, trialquilsililo C1-6, dialquilfosfinoilo C1-6, arilo, ariloxi, y arilo-alcoxi C1-6; con la condicion de que cuando X es un arilo substituido que tiene la estructura de formula (2), R11 y R12, o R12 y R13, o R13 y R14, o R14 y R15 son tomados juntos con -CR24=CR25CR26=CR27-, -OCR24R25CH2-, -CH2CR24R25O-, -OCR24R25O-, -OCR24R25CR26R27O-, -OCR24R25CH=CH-, -OCR24R25CH2CH2-, -OCR24=N-, -N=CR24O-, -ON=CR24-, -ONR24C(=O)-, -CH2NR24C(=O)-, -C3H6-, -C2H4(C=O)-, -SCR24=N-, -OCR24R25C(=O)-, - CR24=CR25NR26-, -CR24=NNR25-, -N=NNR24- o -N=CR24N=N- para formar un anillo fusionado, donde R24 hasta R27, inclusive, están independientemente seleccionados del hidrogeno, halogeno, alquilo C1-3, haloalquilo C1-3, haloalcoxi C1-3 y arilo; y las sales agrícolamente aceptables de los mismos.
