Reivindicacion 1: Un compuesto de la formula (1) en la que: X representa -CH- o un átomo de nitrogeno; Y representa NR4, un átomo de oxígeno o un átomo de azufre; R4 representa un átomo de hidrogeno o un grupo alquilo C1-3; Z representa un átomo de hidrogeno o un átomo de halogeno; R1 representa un grupo alquilo C1-6 opcionalmente sustituido con 1 a 2 grupos independientemente seleccionados de un grupo alcoxi C1-6, un grupo trifluorometilo, un grupo alcanoílo C2-5, un grupo cicloalquilo C3-7, un grupo fenilo, un grupo fenoxi, un grupo heterocíclico y un grupo heteroarilo; un grupo cicloalquilo C3- 7 opcionalmente sustituido con un grupo alquilo C1-3; o un grupo heterocíclico; R2 y R3 representan independientemente un átomo de hidrogeno o un grupo alquilo C1-3; o los grupos R2 y R3 forman juntos una cadena alquileno C3-6; dicho grupo heteroarilo es un sistema de anillo aromático de 4 a 7 miembros que tiene bien de 1 a 4 heteroátomos de nitrogeno de anillo o bien 0 a 2 heteroátomos de anillo de nitrogeno y 1 heteroátomo de anillo de oxígeno o 1 heteroátomo de anillo de azufre; dicho grupo heterocíclico es un sistema de anillo saturado de 4 a 7 miembros que tiene bien de 1 a 4 heteroátomos de nitrogeno de anillo o bien 0 a 2 heteroátomos de anillo de nitrogeno y 1 heteroátomo de anillo de oxígeno o 1 heteroátomo de anillo de azufre; dichos grupos fenilo, dicho grupo fenoxi, y dichos grupos heteroarilo mencionados en las definiciones de R1 están insustituidos o están sustituidos con al menos un sustituyente seleccionado del grupo constituido por los sustituyentes alfa; dicho sustituyente alfa se selecciona del grupo constituido por átomos de halogeno, grupos alquilo C1-4, grupos haloalquilo C1-4, grupos hidroxi, grupos alcoxi C1-4, grupos haloalcoxi C1-4, grupos ciano, grupos hidroxialquilo C1-4, grupos alcoxi C1-4-alquilo C1-4, grupos alquilsulfonilo C1-4, grupos alcanoílo C2-5, grupos alquenilo C2-4, grupos alquinilo C2-4, grupos alquiltio C1-4, grupos nitro, grupos amino, grupos mono- o dialquilamino C1-4, grupos aminosulfonilo, grupos alcoxicarbonilo C1-4, grupos alquilsulfonilamino C1-4, grupos cicloalquilo C3-7 y grupos mono- o dialquilaminocarbonilo C1-6; o un éster farmacéuticamente aceptable de tal compuesto; o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo.
