Abstract
Se describe un procedimineto para preparar 3-pentenonitrilo, caracterizado por las siguientes etapas de procedimiento: (a) reaccion de 1,3-butadieno con ácido cianhídrico con al menos un catalizador, obteniendo una corriente 1 que contiene 3- pentenonitrilo, 2-metil-3-butenonitrilo, al menos un catalizador y 1,3 butadieno, (b) destilacion de la corriente 1 en una columna, obteniendo una corriente 2 rica en 1,3-butadieno como producto superior y una corriente 3 pobre en 1,3 butadieno como producto como producto de descarga, que contiene 3-pentenonitrilo, al menos un catalizador y 2-metil-3-butenonitrilo, (c) destilacion de la corriente 3 en una columna, obteniendo una corriente 4 como producto superior que contiene 1,3- butadieno, de una corriente 5 en una evacuacion lateral de la columna que contiene 3-pentenonitrilo y 2-butenonitrilo, y de una corriente 6 como producto de descarga que contiene al menos un catalizador, (d) destilacion de la corriente 5 obteniendo una corriente 7 como producto superior, que contiene 2-metil-3-butenonitrilo, y de una corriente 8 como producto de descarga que contiene 3-pentenonitrilo
