Abstract
Utilización de lecitinas y/o derivados para reducir la fitotoxicidad de los tratamientos físicos y/o químicos de las frutas y legumbres, en donde las lecitinas y/o derivados contienen entre el 30 y 60 % de una o varias lisolecitinas y/o derivados. Dichas lecitinas y/o derivados se eligen entre los compuestos distearil-, dipalmitil-, o dioleiol de fosfatidil- colina, inositol, etanolamina o de ácido fosfático, y eventualmente los derivados liso correspondientes, o sus mezclas, y que son aplicables en forma simultánea, separada o escalonada en el tiempo en una dosis comprendida entre 10 y 5000 ppm. Los agentes de tratamiento se eligen entre los abonos foliares basados en cloruro de calcio, tolifluanida, difenilamina, ortofenilfenol, imazalil, etoxiquina, terpernos con función hidroxilo que presentan funciones antioxidantes y/o fungicidas. Composiciones que contienen uno o varios agentes de tratamiento de frutas y legumbres y una o varias lecitinas y/o derivados. Dicha composición en cuanto contienen entre un 5 y un 70 % de dichos agentes de tratamiento, entre el 1 y el 50 % de lecitinas y/o derivados, entre 10 y 70 % de base aceitosa. La relación de lecitinas y/o derivados con relación a dicho agente de tratamiento está comprendida entre 0,3 y 3. Procedimiento de tratamiento de las frutas y legumbres utilizando dicha composición. Utilización de uno o varios agentes de tratamiento como agente conservador de lecitinas y/o derivados.
