Abstract
Una tableta no efervescente de ibuprofeno sódico que comprende un núcleo de tableta y, si se desea, una cubierta de azúcar o de película, en la cual el núcleo de tableta, con referencia al peso del núcleo de tableta, consiste en de 50 a 100% en peso de ibuprofeno sódico hidratado y de 50 a 0% en peso de componente de material auxiliar, no conteniendo ni lubricante ni disgregante, y en la cual el ibuprofeno sódico hidratado tiene un contenido de agua de desde 8 a 16% en peso, preferentemente de desde 11 a 16% en peso, posee una dureza suficiente, es comparativamente pequena y produce un incremento particularmente rápido en el nivel en sangre y con ello un comienzo acelerado del efecto analgésico. En oposición a la doctrina corriente el ibuprofeno sódico hidratado que tiene un contenido de agua adecuado es suficientemente comprensible.
