Abstract
Se trata de un compuesto de 14-[N-oxicarbonilcarbamato] de mutilina; procedimiento para prepararlos; composiciones formuladas con dichos compuestos; el uso terapéutico de los mismos y procedimiento de tratamiento de infecciones microbianas administrando dichos compuestos de formula 1, donde R1 es alquilo C1-6 o cicloalquilo C3-6 opcionalmente sustituido o heterociclilo opcionalmente sustituido; R2 es vinilo o etilo; R3 es H, OH o F, R4 es H o R3 es H y R4 es F, y R5 y R6 forman conjuntamente un grupo oxo; o R3 y R4 es cada uno H, R5 es OH o H y R6 es H o R5 es H y R6 es OH o H.
