Abstract
Se describe una cepa de recombinante de Aspergillus sojae que comprende un gen de acetamidasa S (amdS)introducido como marcador seleccionable. Se describeuna cepa de Aspergillus sojae que crece en un medio que contiene uracilo y ácido fluoro-orotico,donde además dicha Aspergillus sojae no crece sobre un medioque contiene uridina y ácido fluoro-orotico, es decir, dicha cepa de Aspergillus sojae presenta auxotrofia por uracilo, siendo dicha Aspergillus sojae incapazde utilizar uridina, donde dicha Aspergillus sojae es pyrG negativa, donde dicha cepa de Aspergillus sojae presenta resistencia al ácido fluoro orotico, dondedicha auxotrofia por uracilo y dicha resistencia al ácido fluoro-orotico se pueden resolver después de complementar con laintroduccion de un gen pyrG activo.Dicha cepa de Aspergillus sojae comprende además una secuencia de ácidos nucleicos que codifica una fitasa o una proteína que presenta actividad fitasa ocualquier otra proteína o polipéptido heterologo y se puede utilizar para la produccion biotecnologica de dicha fitasa o de dichas proteínas o polipéptidosheterologos. También se describen otros mutantes.
