Abstract

Un proceso que no se realiza en la torre para preparar en forma continua una composicion detergente granulada que tiene una densidad de por lo menosalrededor de 600 g/l. El proceso comprende los pasos de (a) dispersar un agente surfactante, y recubrir el agente surfactante con un polvo fino quetiene un diámetro de desde 0,1 hasta 500 micrones, mientras se humedece el agente surfactante recubierto con el polvo fino con un líquido finamenteatomizado en un mezclador, y (b) granularlos aglomerados en uno o más aparatos de fluidificacion.
