Abstract

Un método para formar una estructura de tejido teniendo un gradiente de tamano de poro el cual utiliza un proceso de union por hilado para producirlas fibras. Las fibras son depositadas sobre una superficie de recoleccion contorneada. Preferiblemente, la superficie está conformada como un domoalargado, teniendo la zona central en el vértice y las zonas perfiéricas a lo largo de los lados curvos. Las fibras son depositadas sobre la zona central yse acumulan hasta que éstas corren haciaabajo a los lados sobre las zonas periféricas. Las fibras depositadas sobre la zona central tienen un tamanode poro promedio mayor y las fibras depositadas sobre la zona periférica tienen un tamano de poro promedio más pequeno y una alineacion de fibra mayor.En una modalidad alterna, se usa una pluralidad de matrices en una hilera, cada una proporcionando fibras extruidas de distinta composicion. La formacion degradiente de tamano de poro permite un control mejorado dela transmisiony absorcion sobre una estructura de tejido, tal como un panal o un artículoabsorbente similar. En una modalidad alterna comprende una fuente de soplado de derretido de fibras atenuadas, preferiblemente co-formadas con borra.
