Abstract
Un método (300) y aparato (200) provisto para determinar cuando una senal de datos del paquete digital y una senal de voz están siendo concomitantementetransmitidas en un canal de voz de un sistema de comunicación. Una muestra de la senal transmitida (110) se compara (310) con una muestra pre-transmitidade la senal de datos del paquete digital (108) como respuesta a la comparación, un transceptor de datos del paquete digital salta (314-320) desde el primercanal de voz hacia un canal de voz diferente para transmitir la senal de datos del paquete digital cuando las senales de voz están presentes.
