M. F. Hasler: Ok, let's assume the accent grave belonged to "à l'INPI".

Joerg Arndt: month not capitalized in French?

Michel Marcus: INPI : this is strange (if french)

M. F. Hasler: JJ: No, months lowercase in French. MM: yes, that is some patent-related institution? I asked them more information through a Web form... We'll see...

Peter Luschny: L'Effet Noàh: this is a term coined by Mandelbrot and refers to this guy: https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/No%C3%A9_(patriarche)

Peter Luschny: ... and probably never played at Roland Garros ...

M. F. Hasler: Of course I know that guy but never seen with accent grave (so should that been an "Arabic apostrophe"(?)?) any reference?

M. F. Hasler: I assume " a` " means " à " but there is no trace of this report on the web (and I never saw Noàh written that way-- maybe wrong assumption?) - Google does not even know "effet Noàh" (except for the promotion of Tennis in France when Yannick Noah won some competitions, but I think that's out of topic...(?)) I question the usefulness of a totally unavailable "reference".

M. Jeremie Lafitte (Levitas): In Milton Green’s letter, the “360” annotation of NJA Sloane should be understood as N0360, which corresponds actually to A000788.
