I haven't made one but I'm pretty sure it isn't!! I also wanted to make some haha, there's a few scripts people use to make them or you can just use a manually made form (or any other html form, for the matter)

the script is called like, enthusiast, however I'm not sure how that works, sorry. you can try checking a random fanlistings at TFL and see all the pages it has and the script it uses, that's how I got a better idea of it!

I'll let you know if I figure out Enthusiast this weekend, I fucked up the directories somehow... lol... ANYWAYS it's not difficult to make the pages, but you'll need php for the Enthusiast script. Which NC doesn't allow as a filetype. So you'll have to either host elsewhere or manually add people.
