Abstract

In this paper we design a new joint remote state preparation (JRSP) scheme for a single qubit by introducing a mentor whose role is to initiate and fix the protocol after which it is for the rest of the parties to follow some prescribed instructions. There is no initial entangled connection between the senders and the receiver. The scheme has eight branchings depending on an act of measurement by the mentor. The protocol has advantages in terms of secrecy of the information to be transmitted.
