Millay dramata in versu scripsit, inter quae Two Slatterns and a King et The Lamp and the Bell, poema de amore mulierum pro Collegio Vassarensi scriptum.

Poema "Euclid alone has looked on Beauty bare" (1922) est cultus geometriae Euclideanae.[8] "Renascence"[9] et "The Ballad of the Harp-Weaver"[10] usitate habentur eius poemata perbona. Ipsa mortua, The New York Times eam appellavit "delicias aetatis iunioris per gloriosos Greenwich Village dies primos[, . . .] unam ex maximis suae aetatis poetis Americanis."[11][12] Thomas Hardy dixit Americae esse duas illecebras: caeliscalpium et poesis Ednae Sancti Vincentii Millay.
